RF Interconnect, LLC will only request and use your personal data if it is necessary to process a specification, drawing, 3D .stp file, sample request, quote, purchase order, order acknowledgement, invoice, for a particular product or service.  RF Interconnect, LLC may from time-to-time contact you to provide information concerning available products and services unless you elect not to receive such communications.

RF Interconnect, LLC may also supply your personal data to a prospective purchaser of RF Interconnect, LLC following the proposed purchaser’s execution of a standard non-disclosure agreement, to the government or in the course of litigation to the extent that such disclosure is compelled by law.  

RF Interconnect LLC shall use its best efforts to take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure the protection and non-disclosure of your personal data.  When using the web-based RF Interconnect Builder and Response tools, RF Interconnect, LLC requires a terms & conditions release authorization to share your information with the additional suppliers that you authorize and select.
